Guild 2 european seas patch

I am a upset on how steam treats sometimes non-english people. The games is patched completely patched if you play the english version of the game. Im trying to play my native language and when i hover the mouse over the version number ingame it says the following: -"the number version of the game wont change after the update installation".

Something like that except in my language. Yes, thats because steam released the english patches maybe german one too, but inm not german but they didn't release an spanish patch for this game or a French patch.

While, for the gold retail version of this game, there is an international patch for this game, the 2. I tried to install both, the 1. I think this is not failr. I know the company that made this game does not exist anymore or that is what i think , but I think steam should try to try to get this patches. Cause i don't want to be switching to an english version of the game, which is not my native language, i feel in a worse handicap against an english native speaker.
