They will do eve We had some pretty unique ideas in the execution of our wedding - they worked with us on every aspect. A big deal breaker for us was the participation of our dog, Max, in the ceremony.

Despite the lack of a wedding planner, Charles stepped up as maitre'd and took the reigns when I needed him to make the day go off without a hitch.

And Chelsea, our attendant, was literally waiting in the wings every time we needed something. Not only did they agree to use our music protocol, but they did it with zero flaws!

We did have a slight issue with the limo service, however, and this is not a reflection on WOTL as you work directly with the limo company in the planning. Be aware there is a mandatory gratuity for the car service that takes the happy couple home after the wedding and an extra "overtime" fee for the shuttle bus service to take all your guests back to the hotels if you run even one minute over your contract expiration.

Other than that, the drivers were great and on time for everything. Well we feel the same about you guys!!! You were both an absolute pleasure to deal with from beginning to end!! So I am going to give you MY opinion on this place Ok so let's start off with that I was a covid bride like so many.

We were to have our wedding We originally had Michael but due However that is when Anthony stepped in and saved the day my sanity included Danielle and Anthony were absolutely patient and kind.

Helping us postpone and to ease our minds that everything will work out. Danielle was a Saint after all the emails I have sent to her. And her timing on getting back to me was quick. Anthony made sure everything we had asked was done. He worked well with us and his humor is great! He even threw in little surprises for us, which we and all of our guests enjoyed! Truly my dream wedding turned out to be a reality thanks to Windows. The staff was even more incredible.

The baker for my cake did an absolutely amazing job. I showed them a photo and they recreated it perfect! I honestly can't thank them enough for all the hard work and dedication they put in to make sure everything worked out after the crappy year we had. I still have guests saying how great everything was, from food, to booze, to music!! Back in September we meet with Michael and I must say had a great experience ams booked our wedding for November But due to Covid had to reschedule for November After not hearing a peep from this pla We were told Michael no longer works there and their is no reason to speak with them till 3 months prior to our wedding.

He listened to all our questions and his only answer to all of them was that he would have to speak to the owner Anthony. We did receive a phone call from this clown. He started off the conversation like he was my best friend and had no idea why he was calling me.

So I got straight to the point and asked him the questions we had. What a disappointment! This venue was one of the first on our list. Not only because we thought it was an affordable price ehh I cannot lie, Michael was a friendly and a joy to meet. Unfortunately, after our second meeting to discuss the services, we later decided to part ways because the cost was too high. In our first meeting we were promised a refund and since July we have been waiting.

I have received late responses to my emails or just no response at all. We do not appreciate being jerked around. Think twice, three times before choosing this venue. When you're on the tour get a thorough look at everything. The bathrooms weren't great. I was never shown the Bridal suite. Windows on the Lake was the first venue that my FH and I decided to tour.

We had no idea what we were walking into or how this tour was going to be like but we had an amazing time. We loved Michael and he was so amazing.

He help us really begin The venue is family owned and operated and they make sure their couples feel like family too which was so comforting.

They even gave us the most delicious penne alla vodka ever! The whole experience definitely made my FH and I so excited to begin planning our wedding! My fiance and I went for a tour and we were absolutely blown away by what Windows on the Lake had to offer. The cere We unfortunately did not choose this venue due to it being a little further away than we liked but we could not have more positive things to say. Michael really was incredible and we highly recommend him and the venue to anyone!

We first looked at Windows on the Lake, but after discussing what we wanted, he suggested we look at The Beach Cl He made space in his schedule the next day for us to view the other venue. I can not wait to get married here! Our wedding is coming up in January and we recently met with Michael. He is the best! From the start he treated us like a priority and helped us to customize our package to what fits best for us. He gave us delicious food samples on our very fi The venue itself is stunning, with gorgeous views in both the ballroom and cocktail room, and an overall elegant and classy feel. The packages offered by the venue were extremely helpful, especially as a couple planning a wedding over a several month time span.

It was a huge stress relief to find such a valuable yet affordable package for our big day that allows us to communicate with all our vendors through one company. Truly a great experience in the two meetings we have had so far. Every staff member we encountered has been so friendly and willing to help. Would definitely recommend checking out this venue to anyone.

The bathrooms were ones I used to use When i finally was approached by one of the salesmen, he asked me extra details about my wedding date. He proceeded to do a whole 10 minute tour giving little information about the place. He took us into the main ballroom which was set up for about people; the set up looked completely squished! Wtf is that! Also after asking him several questions about the venue or if he can accommodate certain things, he seemed clueless.

I asked if I would be able to see the ceremony area because instead if taking me outside to see it he pointed out the window to show us where it was. Again, the pictures were super deceiving. Horrible experience. We checked out one other venue before WOTL, and the difference between the two couldn't be more dramatic.

We spoke with Michael to set up a visit, and were able to be seen within the week. The outside set-up by the lake was everything we imagined, and we're looking forward to finding a way to make it our own for our wedding next year. Another thing that really left an impression was the accessibility throughout the venue.

It was very well done and it didn't seem like any of the ramps were built as a hasty afterthought. TL;DR - Lovely venue, variety of spaces, delicious food, the friendliest staff and owner. I would, hands down, recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to plan a wedding. Gaudy Wedding venue. The staff looks like the castoffs from an episode of the Sopranos. It was embarrassing. I am not someone that writes reviews very often but I felt it was necessary given the way we were misled by their event planners. We had our wedding there last night and we were so pleased by the beautiful ambiance.

We loved every minute! The planning process was easy and Michael walked us through every single step. He was amazing, always by our side. We are so happy that We met with Uncle Frank 2 years ago and 2 years later we are more excited than ever to get married here. My maid of honor made an appointment for us to see Beach Club Estate. I wanted to have a smaller intimate wedding of people and the website claims to accommodate 60 to guests.

When we arrived on site, we were seen at Windows on the Lake We were told that we cant see Beach Club Resort because there was a wedding happening at the time. We were greeted by friendly staff and "uncle Frank" was the friendliest. Although we wanted a date in Oct, I was also considering a winter wedding so my sister from out of town can be in NY all week during winter recess. Despite the folder and the website encouraging to ask about winter specials.

I could not get any information on that. Uncle Frank gave me a package for Windows on the Lake that holds a minimum of people. Told us i can hold the date for a monetary amount and i have 3 days to make up my mind. I spoke to my groom who is in Florida for the week for his grandmothers 50th wedding anniversary. He said it "all sounds great but it is hard for me to commit without seeing it in person.

I called "uncle Frank" back to tell him, the grooms decision. I told him, he want to see the venue in person but is out of state, u don't have to hold the date for 2 more days. He informed me there was another couple he needs to call back because they want the day. I said thats ok, we also wanted to see the beach resort as initially planned to compare.

He said you know its the same price right? Instead of saying let me pass you to some one who can see u when he's back in town on a day the beach club resort is available for viewing. The venue is beautiful, the food taste great and i had every intention of coming back with my groom to compare both locations and make the decision thats best for us but unfortunately the night and day reaction i had with "uncle Frank" turned me off.

Felt like he was being disingenuous the day before and the moment i temporarily removed my deposit, i got the cold shoulder. As a bride, if you want people, u should not have to round up an extra If you're considering a winter wedding, those qs should be answered. If a website promotes "different packages" and then someone tells you everything is the same price as if money was your issue, it is dishonest and rude.

I thought i was building rapport with a friendly guy but really he was just a good salesman. Although I love the venue and wanted to return with the groom, the trust was broken. Cant do business there. We can assure you that this truly must have become a misunderstanding. Besides our Banquet catering services, which have certain room minimu We also have certain package prices which include DJ, Photography, Flowers and more.

When your complaint was brought to our attention, We immediately called and spoke to you as well as your cousin and our understanding was that you were going to come and meet with me directly so you can see the Beach Club and continue on a positive note looking towards booking your special day. As the Minister who performs weddings I have never written a review for a venue that I officiate. This time it's different. I had to come and rate this venue that I was so impressed with! From the moment I arrived I was greeted in a very frien It was a such a pleasure to work with everyone there. The food was delicious starting with the cocktail hour. The dinner was delicious as well! The servers were sweet, friendly and always wore a smile. The band played music that kept everyone dancing all night.

The reception room was spacious and beautiful. The only one tiny little thing that is keeping me from giving all five stars is cars going by during the actual outdoor ceremony which of course they have no control over, but still disturbing as I was speaking.

All in all I would highly recommend this venue to many future brides and grooms. Thank You Windows on The Lake for making my job even more of a pleasure than is already is. It was a total wash out downpouring and I was 30minutes late to my own ceremony and still not one ounce of pressure or stress was felt, they adjusted everything to make sure we still got all of our special moments.

We recently got married here and oh my goodness I had a very unique situation in which we decided to plan a wedding in about three months, and Windows was so helpful throughout t The people that work here are genuine and really care about you. When we hit any sort of bump in the road, Windows was right there to help us sort it out.

The customer service was top notch with a very open attitude and were willing to accommodate any requests we had. All of our guests keep saying how it was such a great wedding, thanks to WOTL. Also the penne a la vodka is insanely good. You get an incredible amount of food and drinks are well made, your guests will be full and happy if you decide to have your wedding here!

We were extremely happy with the reception we chose for our wedding day. Windows on the Lake deserves a five star rating however I rated them with four stars because of their recommendation and affiliation with Mark of Elegance Limo service. Despite the stress we experiences with the limo service, as soon as we arrived at Windows, the staff made the stress melt away instantly. Family members still rave about the food and the amazing cocktail hour.

When I provided the favors and personal guest book items to the staff, they displayed all the items beautifully, much better than I had pictured in my head. They also allowed us to keep the flower centerpieces in their walk-in fridge because I decided to do my own flowers and did not have a cool place to keep them.

All the amenities were clean and well kept. The staff continued to ensure that we did not have to think about anything else but to have fun and enjoy the night. The only thing I could say to watch for is to not use the vendors that Windows suggests to use.

We were not satisfied. There is not enough nice things I can say about our wedding. Everything was more than perfect and better than we could imagine. Every little detail that I wanted was done and even more!!!! It really was unbelievable. Frank, Michael and Danielle They always figured out something and were extremely accommodating with last minute changes literally up until the time the ceremony started.

I tried to find somethign to worry about or to do that day because I thought that's what brides are supposed to do and there was nothing everything was taken care of the only thing I had to do was get married.

My mom wanted to me to also note that she never ever likes wedding cake and she has been craving our wedding cake baked by the on staff baker since our wedding.

I also booked all the suggested vendors and that was also great! I just really had to deal with Windows and made it much easier on me. If you are looking for a beautiful stress free wedding with delicious food than Windows on the lake is the place for you. The venue executed everything perfectly! From the moment I walked in 2 years ago and sat down with Frank, I knew I found my dream venue Danielle was amazing to work with through the entire process.

When I had a question or concern she would answer me timely and honestly. She assisted me with booking the trolley even though one wasn't actually available for my date. The entire staff at Windows was wonderful to me and my husband.

Sabrina my bridal attendant was nothing short of amazing. She was always right there before I even knew I needed a drink or a sip of water. Honestly, she went above and beyond for me and I don't think I could ever repay her or thank her enough for playing such a big role in my day and making it that much more memorable.

My Maitre D Scott was fantastic! He made sure everything went smoothly and I was able to enjoy every minute of my day with my guests. I didn't have a care in the world that day because I knew I was in such amazing hands.

My last meeting with Anthony, was awesome! He is also such a sweet heart and he follows through with his promises! Michael was amazing at making sure I was relaxed through out the entire planning process and always kept me laughing!

My guests have raved about the food and the staff as well as all of the details the team at windows assisted me in executing. They say your wedding day is the best day of your life and Windows on The Lake made that statement true. You are all amazing and I will forever owe you one!

They helped me book the vendors and I couldn't be happier with their work either. ADA studios and Paragon Production for photography and video made my day even better. Mark of Elegance Limousine Company was also amazing and so great to work with. The drivers and vehicles were perfect and such a pleasure to have as a part of my wedding! James Cress Florist executed everything I asked for to a T! Again, without windows, none of this would have been possible! From the setting itself, to the staff, the vendors and just being amazing people, I couldn't be a happier bride. I love everything!!! Words can NOT describe the poor experience we had here, and that was just to tour and view the location.

I got a call We arrived a few minutes early, and filled out our paperwork. We then waited over 20 minutes before the tour started. The guy giving the tour rushed us through "Here's the ballroom; this is our cocktail hour room. Now let's talk menu and pricing". We were then told that our party was "too small" for the venue, and we were 'encouraged ' to visit their newest location Beach Club Estate. We were never shown the ceremony space even though we said it repeatedly - including in my initial discussion and since there was a party scheduled for the location for that evening, the focus seemed to have been on that, as party-goers were arriving.

It wasn't until we were pulling out of the parking lot that we spotted the ceremony space: across the street that is very busy, and on a blind curve. I'll begin by saying that I'm in no way naive to what your average wedding costs on Long Island. You're going to spend a lot, however if you value honesty in negotiations I would avoid wasting any time here. We were baited by advertising that m So putting this aside, along with all the unnecessary touching, we still decided to book because after literally sitting down at a table and asking for the price of everything we wanted, their salesperson sat there with a calculator, priced everything out for us, wrote that price on a sheet of paper along with the dates that this price was applicable to, and we agreed it was fair and worth the view of the lake which is beautiful and the only reason for the 2 stars.

The next day, excited to have finally booked a venue, my fiance goes back along with our mothers because they were excited and wanted to see the place to drop off the remaining deposit.

Their salesperson then decides to tell us that the price he had originally given us was a "mistake" and that it was actually much higher and he was sorry if we felt he was misleading. I thought back to when he said "most other guys out there won't want to put a price on paper because then they can't shake you down for more money at the end.

My only advice? Instead of trying to come off as our friend and "sell" us, just be honest. Honestly matters and no one should have to deal with unscrupulous people who want to exploit you while you're trying to plan a joyful gathering. If they had told us the "real" price upfront, we may still have booked but to have them pull a switch in less than 24 hours after booking then say "well what did you expect, getting married in September - it's expensive! Needless to say, we got our deposit back right away and will not be booking or recommending this venue to anyone else.

The core of good business is honestly in negotiations and holding true to your word. If you're going to spend "Long Island Wedding" money, you should at least trust the people you're working with. My husband and i got married May , and i cant stop talking about how amazing the venue treated us. We had no worries or stress they made everything happen exactly how we envisioned it.

I had ordered candles for the center pieces and one of I told windows just to leave it like that because i didn't want to stress hours before the wedding. The next morning i walked into the venue, and there were not pink candles, they went out of their way to find us white candles. And then i cant express how good Sabrina was. An amazing young girl who makes you feel at peace, and makes it all happen for the bride. And our Maitre D We didn't have to worry about one thing.

He was amazing! Windows on the lake made us feel like family. I highly recommend them for a wedding or any other event. Frank was incredible to work with!

As soon as you walk into Windows on the Lake, you feel like you are right at home- the staff is incredibily friendly! Windows on the Lake was love at first sight.

The outside was just as beautiful as the inside. The view of the Lake from inside the hall is breathtaking and a perfect setting for any wedding. Right from the first meeting, "Uncle Frank" was extre He took his time showing us around and answering all of our questions. He served us lunch and the pene ala vodka was spectacular! The 3 month meeting and 2 week meetings with Michael were just as impressive.

He knew what questions we were going to ask and answered them before we had the opportunity. We did a Star Wars themed wedding and everyone was fully on board with this and made it exactly as we envisioned.

Sabrina, our Bridal attendant, went above and beyond even changing her hair style the day of the wedding to that of Princess Leia's from the movie!

We did not ask this of her. She did it on her own to make our day that much more special. She never left our side and was very attentive to our needs. Matthew our Maitre d' was extremely organized and kept us all on schedule starting with the rehearsal and then again throughout the evening on the day of our wedding. He was extremely patient with all of us and made sure things ran smoothly.
